In-Person Consultation
We meet at a time that works for you, walk through the project, and listen to your goals. We take photos, document the areas included, and help you explore your options.
Products and Preparation
We explain how we will prepare the surfaces and protect surrounding areas. We review the recommended products, why they suit your project, and what to expect from the finish.
Proposal and Approval
We prepare your proposal and review the work included and the price with you. If changes are needed, we adjust the proposal together.
Scheduling
Once the proposal is approved and the deposit is received, we agree on a schedule.
Throughout Your Project
On scheduled workdays, we arrive at the agreed time and explain the day's work. At the end of each day, we update you on what was completed and what comes next. We maintain a clean, organized work area and clean up at the end of each day. During your project, we are available any day of the week to answer questions.
Final Walkthrough
Before packing up, we walk through the finished work with you and address any final touch-ups or adjustments. Once you're satisfied with the work, we collect the remaining balance.
