What products do you use on roofs?
The brochure example for roof coatings is elastomeric coatings. It depends on the surface, the finish you want, and your budget. We review the recommended products with you, explain why they suit your project, and what to expect from the finish.
Can a metal roof be restored instead of replaced?
Often, yes, when the panels themselves are sound. Restoration replaces worn fasteners, seals seams and penetrations, handles rust removal, and then protects the roof with an elastomeric coating. That is the same sequence we follow on metal roof restorations.
