Exterior Painting

Exterior painting covers siding, soffit, fascia, doors and full repaints for homes and commercial buildings.

We work on virtually every exterior surface: wood, Hardie board siding, stucco, metal, brick and concrete. We handle the preparation that exterior work needs before the first coat, from soft washing to caulking and minor wood repairs.

Every project runs through the same six-step Xpectrum Experience: an in-person consultation, a clear explanation of products and preparation, a written proposal, an agreed schedule, daily updates while we work, and a final walkthrough before we collect the balance.

What products do you use?

It depends on the surface, the finish you want, and your budget. We review the recommended products with you, explain why they suit your project, and what to expect from the finish.

How often does an exterior need repainting?

There is no one-size answer. It depends on the surface, the products used, the quality of the prep, and how much sun and moisture the walls take. South Louisiana heat and humidity are hard on exterior finishes, which is why preparation and product choice matter so much here. If your paint is chalking, fading, cracking or peeling, it is worth having it looked at.
